Our Mission
WelcomeAide is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping newcomers successfully settle and integrate into British Columbia, Canada. We believe that every person who chooses to make BC their home deserves access to clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive information about the services and programs available to them.
Our AI-powered assistant, Erfan, breaks down language barriers and information gaps that newcomers often face during their settlement journey. By providing multilingual, 24/7 access to guidance on government services, healthcare, employment, housing, and education, we aim to make the integration process smoother and less stressful.
